Dr. Keshavarzi, known to patients as Dr. K, is a board-certified bariatric surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. He completed his surgical residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in laparoscopic, bariatric and robotic surgery at Jackson South Medical Center.
He earned his medical degree with High Distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr. K is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and he holds memberships in SAGES, the American Medical Association and the Florida Medical Association.
