HOURS Our office is currently open during our normal business hours. We are monitoring the situation daily and will keep you informed of any change.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS We are prioritizing the cleanliness and sanitation and have implemented several strategies to ensure a healthy and safe environment in an effort to reduce exposure to our staff, patients and community. All “touchable” items such as door knobs, drawer handles, faucets, light switches, etc are being sanitized multiple times per day and after every patient in our exam rooms. We have multiple hand washing stations with soap and water available for your use throughout your visit.
SOCIAL DISTANCING To promote social distancing, we are asking to please minimize the number of extra people who accompany you to your visit. The more individuals in our waiting room at any given time, the harder it will be to achieve the recommended distancing of 6 feet between people. For all those who are unable to have their support system with them, we will be happy to have you call them during the visit so they can listen remotely.
For those that do not wish to wait in our waiting room, you can notify us upon your arrival in the parking lot and wait in your car until we can bring you directly into an exam room.
AVOIDANCE Individuals with cold or flu-like symptoms, including fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, body aches, chills, or those that are having difficulty breathing are asked to cancel any scheduled appointments until those symptoms have resolved.
TRAVEL If you have travelled in the last 2 weeks, please reschedule your appointment.
EXPOSURE If you have any known exposure to a COVID-19 positive individual, please reschedule your appointment.
STAY INFORMED We recommend consulting trusted health sources to learn more about the COVID-19. These include the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at www.cdc.gov and the World Health Organization (WHO) at www.who.int.
